This is so weird. I know this should work (and it does sometimes), but it won't work a lot of times. Here's the problem. By accident I launched up some pictures that were VERY large (making the auction look bad). So, I fixed their sizes and deleted the orginals from my SMPro Bar and then Synched the program. Then I added the new size pictures to the picture bar and synched again. When you do this they don't show up on the vendio website under IMAGE HOSTING. So, then I go to IMAGE HOSTING and and 'upload' them there, too. THEN they show up with the correct picture size. However, they SHOULD then come up correctly in the auction. Sometimes they do, but now they are not. How could this be? How could the original big pictures be deleted and gone and only the new smaller ones showing up, but the auction still shows the large ones. I've deleted my cache and cookies and refreshed the auction, so I don't think it's that. Please tell me how to replace a picture assuming the name is EXACTLY the same.

Hi there,
If you delete an image online and reupload a resized image with the same *exact* filename (case sensitive, including the file extension) the newly uploaded image will replace the one you deleted in your listings. Because the images are cached on our servers, it may take a few hours for the images on eBay to be updated with the smaller images.
If it's been longer than 8 hours and your newly uploaded images are not appearing in your listings, please provide some item numbers so we can take a look.
