I still am waiting on an answer and it appears from past weeks that there is support on Sundays. Is it just a matter of picking and choosing which questions the support staff wants to answer? Other than this there is no phone support and no chat support.

Personal Assistance (phone and chat) are not avialable on the weekend or during holidays -- we have a holiday schedule posted in the phone request area.
Either way, we have been able to touch base with you via phone but we just want to make sure your posts are answered as well.
