A few questions...1) Does this combine shipping through ebay checkout? Or, only for Vendio checkout which I don't use. Does it combine the weights of auctions won to get a total? Gosh I hope so! 2) I want to add a handling charge only for international shipments, not US shipments. Is this possible somehow? Again, I don't use Vendio checkout. Thanks!!

1. Yes, you can specify this preference when you submit your items via the Payment Instructions and Details:
2. Unfortunately, no. There is only one available location for listing an markup on calculated shipping costs currently (regardless of which checkout service is being used.)
