I just combined a sale and sent out the WBN. Now all my other sales are not appearing in my post sale. Only that one invoice. I can see them in the closed auctions, but I can not access them from the post sale page. What can I do?
By the way, for other vendio customers, I only use vendio's checkout for combined items. Payments do not post, information is not transferred, many mistakes, so I only use e-bay checkout. I even stopped sending out vendio invoices. Too many complaints from customers that vendio does not work.

Your account shows 10 sold items appearing in post sale.
We are sorry to hear you had so many trouble with our checkout system. If you decide you want to try Vendio Checkout again, please feel free to let us know where your customers had problems, what didn't work, how they are paying and if it is PayPal they are using, whether or not you are set up with the IPN.

I just looked, and on my end there is only ONE combined item listed. There are 10 items that have closed, but they DO NOT appear in the post sale summary.
Yesterday I had a list of all the items, but today, I can only view them if I hit previous of next. I want the list.
My customers tried to pay with paypal. I am set up with IPN. The information does not always get posted.

Hello,
Of the 165 items currently in your closed section only 7 have sold.
All 7 are currently displayed in your post sale management page.
When you first go to the post sale summary page, it shows two orders (one with two auctions, one with an auction and a vendio store item combined together.)
There are then 4 other single transaction auction items showing their post sale keys in various stages of completion in the post sale process.
On 2 of them we have already imported the paypal payment confirmnation for them and they are marked as paid properly in the post sale process. (not just one of the order numbers, but also one of your single transaction items.)
Below is a screenshot of what is currently available in your post sale page. We should confirm if you can see the items that are currently there and actually referring to something else, or confirm that you are somehow unable to view the items that are currently available in your post sale page:
If these are not the items your looking for, perhaps you somehow archived them while switching from page to page. Its a longshot, but worth a look. Just go to this page and check to see if any of the items your looking for are available in the list of recently archived items. You can restore anything you need back to post sale from this page.
