Been using SMP for yrs now, I have always had a set S/H fee. Well with the rates going up, I need to change that. I have tried loading new auctions, but keep getting this error; ****Error 10019: You specified inconsistent Shipping parameters.
You specified inconsistent Shipping parameters: <ShippingService[Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service(1)]>, <ShippingServiceCost[NULL]> and <ShippingType>=FLAT_RATE**** I can go into the PENDING section and edit each one, but DO NOT have the time for that. WHAT am I doing wrong??? I have changed my SHIPPING & INS section and SYCNH several times. I have also changed the EBAY SPECIFIC settings. HELP, I like SMPro and would hate to start using TURBO LISTER.

Hello,

This error can mean one of many things. To resolve it, please try the following (this is our list of known issues for this error):

1. Be sure that you are using Sales Manager Pro version 7.0. This is the most current version available, and if you are using an older version please download the new version from our website and install into the same directory as your old version:

http://wsacp.vendio.com/my/client/

2. Check your online shipping preferences under My Account -> Global Preferences and make sure they are correct. Note that if you are specifying shipping and payment details for eBay checkout, you must use fixed insurance rates if you are using fixed shipping.

3. Check your preferences online under My Account -> Site Specifics -> eBay. Make sure that if you are specifying shipping and payment details, you have set the preference correctly to fixed or calculated (make sure it matches what you have specified under Global Preferences.)

4. Once your online preferences are set correctly, open SM Pro and synch (without uploading anything.) Close the application and reopen it.

5. Once you've synched, go to Edit -> Profile Manager in SM Pro. Edit your default profile, and on the eBay Site Information tab click the 'Payment Instructions and Details' button. Verify the settings and click OK. After doing this, your profile will be updated and will apply correctly to new items. Note that if you have other profiles you use, you will need to repeat this process for each profile.

***NOTE: You will need to edit each existing batch listing individually to update the shipping preferences. To do this, go to the eBay Site Information tab in your batch listing. Make sure the settings there match the settings under the Shipping Information tab.

6. Make sure that you are not entering 0.00 in the insurance field in Sales Manager Pro. If you are offering insurance, enter a valid number, otherwise please leave this field blank to use calculated rates (but remember that calculated rates cannot be used with fixed shipping if you are specifying eBay shipping and payment details.)

7. Another cause of this may be you've enabled PayPal Immediate Payment, but you've specified that you ship outside the US. Note that PayPal Immediate Payment is only available for items with shipping within the US.

Please let us know if you continue to receive this error after checking the above. To resolve the errors for items that are already uploaded, please edit the pending listings and make the corrections online.

Regards,

Sonya

I am wondering if how the Vendio postage calculators will reflect the new shipping charges. What about auctions that are currently listing and ending on the 8th?

My understanding is that the shipping calculators will change over on the 8th for the USPS increase. So if your auction or store item ends on the 7th it will calculate to the old rate and if you ship on the 8th you will have to pay the higher rate and either suck up the differance or try to get it out of your customer.
