Hello,
I was wondering when is the bug going to be fixed for calculated shipping options? It is forcing us to enter an insurance cost. This should only be for flat shipping, although that seems silly enough, but I believe that is an eBay problem. Just because we know how much we can ship it for in advance doesn't mean we can guess how much the auction will end at.

Anyway, my other problem is that my PREVIEW option in SMP is not working I only get a blank page, any ideas why?

Hello,

Let me see if I can get you an update.

Regarding the preview option -- try running Pro only, and making sure you've got plenty of RAM available. Is your listing using a lot of HTML (or any, for that matter)?

I do hope you can get me that update, it would be great!

About my preview problem, I do use a lot of HTML, created in a word document and copy and paste. I've done this for two years! Same computer, plenty of RAM only started happening with the new SMP version.

Any ideas?

Hello charlotts,

It is possible that Windows doesn't recognize what your default browser is currently, and unable to properly display the content.

Try going into your Windows Control Panel and go to the Folder Options menu. From here, click the 'file types' tab at the top of the page.

Find 'HTM' and 'HTML' in the list and check to see what the default application is for handling these files.

If none is set, or not set properly, click to change it and set IE (internet explorer) as the default application for these file types.

Hello,
I am still hoping to get the update. It keeps forcing me to input an insurance amount for domestic shipping even if I am using calculated shipping.
