Can anyone tell me why my software keeps crashing every time I try to open a batch. I have an unvalidated file and even when I check the box " do not open unvalidated items" the software crashes. I have reloaded software twice and that does not solve the problem. I have written Vendio 6 times over a 2 week period and they refuse to answer me. Service is non- existant with Vendio.
Unfortunately the batch file that you have emailed us tripped up the SPAM filter on our email program, so we did receive the messages but didn't have a chance to view them personally.
I tracked the messages and tried opening your 'Cones' batch but it does appear to be corrupt unfortunately.
While my copy of Pro did not crash, it is giving me an error message and ill need to restart to get back in.
Are you able to create new batches and save/open those, or are you unable to create and later open any batch that you create in the program your using currently?
Our apologies for missing your followup email on this issue after asking you to send us the sample batch when this first started.
