We opened a second account and attempted to list as fixed price today. It is giving us an error message saying we cannot list as fixed price. How do we correct the problem?

Hello Gail,

In order to list Fixed Price style listings on eBay, you need to have a feedback rating of 10 or higher, or be ID Verified.
