My auctions came back to me through vendio error 121 that my ebay bill was past due. I am a powerseller and I immediately checked my account and it was fine. I contacted Ebay and they also verified that my bill was up to date and they had no holds on my account PLEASE ADVISE!
Weve seen this a lot over the past few years unfortunately. The only time you will see this actual error message is when you try to create a listing from scratch.
If your still running into this error go over to the eBay website and click to create a brand new auction (not a relist.)
*If* you are still getting that error message when you try to list these items from Vendio - then right after you select the category to create a listing directly from eBay - this is when they will prompt you to update your billing information.
Its a wierd eBay billing glitch that used to come up more often (starting a few years ago when they updated their billing system) - but we do still hear from users that run into this error every so often.
Once you satisfy their requirements via the Create Listing page, you should be able to resubmit your items from Vendio without error as well.
