I changed the names of my catagories in my ebay store then updated in Vendio. I listed them in my sales pro under VINTAGE COLLECTIBLES - all of the items went into CAT JEWELRY! You know I am sick of this kind of stuff. I'm here to make money and sell online. This kind of crap just screws up my day. I want to know WHY you can barely even see the names of your catagories in salesmanager pro? It cuts off the names. It is ridiculous and totally stupid! I'm almost ready to throw in the towel with this service. I'm a powerseller not a hobbyist. I'm here to do business with people who know how to do business. This is CRAP and your competition is getting better. If things don't improve I"m outta here. I pay you guys too much money to had to deal with a half way kinda deal. I get sick of having to wait a month or two for you guys to catch up with Ebay changes too! Like best offer. I would like a straight anwswer to both of my questions - This is the second time this week I have been here to deal with this kind of problem. I guess I spend over a thousand bucks a year on the program and frankly its becoming a pain in the BEHIND! you are suppose to make my job easier not harder. ISn't that the point of your service?

Hello,

I want to know WHY you can barely even see the names of your catagories in salesmanager pro?

Technically we will need a completely new version of the Sales Manager Pro software designed to display the new eBay storefront category names properly - but we figured it was best to get something up and running right now so you could at least use the new categories while the new version of the SMPro software is being built and tested.

I would like a straight anwswer to both of my questions

What was the second question?

Regards,
Christopher

I want to know why after updating my store and placing my items in the correct catagory - why they did not go into the catagory I selected? I did make changes to my catagories and updated them in my vendio ebay stores update. Not working. It looks to me like Vendio does not acknowledge my store changes.
Hope I spelled it out clear enough fer ya!

Hello,

Were almost there. What was one of the items that you 'listed them in my sales pro under VINTAGE COLLECTIBLES - all of the items went into CAT JEWELRY!' ?

We'd be happy to take a look deeper fer ya to see what happen.

Also, if you upload an item into that same category now, does the same thing happen? Or is your frustration the result of possibly mismatching your items when you listed them into the wrong category?

Again, this is just a temp fix so you can list your items now using the new category options while the new version is put together.
If the layout and titles of your categories are too difficult to see in the SMPro software you may want to submit those items from the online Sales Manager for the time being.

Christopher

Chris a solution may be that you can just shorten the wording of the title "categories" to just a number. Then more of the title will appear.

As you are well aware the last time there was a re-vamp of this program it took nearly a year before it appeared so maybe there can be a work around for now other that using the glacial speed of a sales manager listing motif. just my humble opinion on this.
best regards
roger
