Hello,
I am trying to set up an ebay store. After selling on just ebay auctions for the last 8 years I am just really tired of all the work for NO MONEY. Since bidding has become non-existent, we have decided to put all our goods in a store and leave them there for 30 days.....problem is, Vendio templates are too large to accommodate the category side bar and the customer has to continuously use the slider to slide right to be able to read all our info.

1)I use the click to enlarge pictures, so that can't be an issue.

2)I have removed the gallery at the bottom of our listings so that is not an issue.

3)We have tried listings using all different templates. Example- w/borders, no borders...pictures on the top, pictures on the side
NOTHING WORKS!!!!

We have a 19" monitor, so if we are seeing it cut off, imagine how someone with a 15" screen sees our listing.

Frankly, this makes us look like amateurs....which we are not.

I have stuck with Vendio since you were a free service, so what... like 7 years.....but this is just getting to be nothing but a hassle.....

Its bad enough ebay sales are next to nothing anymore but every time we want to make any kind of change or eBay makes a change....Vendio is never up to snuff ~~

I can't afford to not make any sales....because I can't list... because I can't figure out how the heck to work around glitches and bugs!!

Additionally, since all our current saved batches are in auction format....are we going to have to re-write everything to put them in store format before launch???

I really thought there would be someplace on the batch template to toggle it back and forth from an auction listing or to a store listing depending on what we choose to do with the listing at any specific time. I may be a little stupid here but I found that the only chance you have to tell a batch what you want to do, is right in the beginning when you open a new one....is this correct????

If thats the case and I have to write all new listings, I may as well just start fresh and list through ebay and save myself $$$$$. The reason I stick with Vendio is because I have so many saved batches we use over and over...it would be a total nightmare if we had to start over!!
