I would like to include the Vendio Shipping Calculator showing my markup in an ebay auction.
In Global Preferneces, I have selected:
Display Shipping and Handling options and Custom Shipping Note in listing.
Include a Shipping Calculator in listing whenever calculated shipping options are displayed.
Include Insurance information in listing
I have opted to use USPS Priority (calculated) and have disable the eBay calculator from Site Specifics.
Instead of seeing a calculator on my preview in Sales Manager Pro however, I am seeing this message:
Calculated Shipping
N/A USPS Priority Mail (calculated)

Hello Sheila,
You will only see 'NA' in the SMPro preview window. Once the item is launched, there will be a box to click where the buyer can enter their zip code and calculate the actual cost of shipping.
Since the insurance amount is also calculated, there will be a note in the shipping calculation window about the insurance being calculated at the end of the auction.
