I just today noticed that when in Sales Manager it now takes you to a blank page BECAUSE Vendio is not using a url diverter service??????? I have my PC set secure and also have POPup blockers and any website with http://www.qksrv.net/gk115lnwvFblablablabal in it will not come up on my computer. I can fix and fix and add that to my safe list etc but it will not show that webpage due to it being relayed I guess through that service.

It use to just link directly to the url at ebay with no problems when you clicked on the item number or the description in the Active Listings list. Vendio needs to fix this back the way it was. NOW I will have to go to ebay to look at any new listings I make instead of using Vendio for all my doings. WHY did you do that to me? Darn

What can I do to be able to continue to vie my listings from Vendio???? This just won't do...........

Hello irked,

I can't tell from your post whether you have tried adding the link to your popup blocker or not. I am not sure why you would get a blank page if you've added the affiliate link to your safe list. Please give it a try if you haven't already and let us know if this continues to be a problem for you.

Thanks,

Diana

Hello,

Have you tried disabling your pop-up blocker altogether? Please give this a try so that we can determine for sure if it is your pop-up blocker that is causing this problem. Please let us know if disabling your pop-up blocker solves the problem for you.

Regards,
Nathan

Disabled the blocker fixed host file all that sruff rebooted and now the url redirect is through www.anrdoezrs.net then jumps to this http://adfarm.mediaplex.com/ad/ck/711-1751-2978-71 blablablabla on same page but window in task bar says the above server.

I don't know what to do I have added everything to my ok list closed blocker completely no help. Vendio needs to go back to old way of serving up urls.

I know quite a bit about PCs and this has me miffed so I know there are bound to be others out there that could have same problem and not know what is happening especially if they have a secure set up.

Hello,

Please try the following (if you haven't already) and let us know if any of these options have an effect:

1. Try using a different browser. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try using Mozilla Firefox. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, try using Internet Explorer.
2. Make sure that all of your Windows updates are current.
3. If you have any other security programs running that are not standard with Windows, try temporarily disabling them.
4. Empty your browser cache.

If this does not help, please let us know what operating system you are using, what browsers you have tried, and your ISP. (Please feel free to email us this information if you do not feel comfortable sharing it online.)

Regards,
Nathan

Finally for now I can get the links I dumped the cache which I think fixed problem after putting ok on the servers listed above. NOW if I start getting a lot of crap popping up I am really going to be miffed. Those urls would not be in the block url list of my popup blocker Adsgone if they didn't serve up a lot of crap to your PC......... Will let it slide but know everytime my popup updates its list I am going to have heck with it again.

Hello irked,
I was going over vendio's post to see if or if anyone has asked about the trouble with auction manager and (THE BLANK PAGES) when trying to view your auctions. I wanted to see if maybe Vendio made changes so they would not impact the site performance? I am sorry to read that they have not.
irked,
I am very avid in computers. I can tell you that the reason you receive a "BLANK" page is because your security is set up to NOT ALLOW ADDED THIRD PARTY cookie trackers. SPYWARE. The following sites are considered UNSAFE and are third party tracking software that Vendio wants you to allow into your trusted security zone.
www.adfarm.mediaplex.com
www.anrdoezrs.net
www.qksrv.net <http://www.qksrv.net>
The reason you can not view these pages when you click on the link to your auctions via auction manager, is because your computer is set up NOT to allow such UNSAFE crap on your machine. There is no way your going to be able to avoid this unless you do what Vendio say's and open your computer up to the "SPYWARE" they want you to open your computer up too.
Same thing applys to Ebays toolbar. I can not install that on my machine. Because of all the Spyware that goes with it. I will not disable my spyware software, fire walls or change my security on my computer to allow such UNSAFE crap on my machine. Vendio will not tell you this is what the links mentioned above are, I ran my spyware software for 3 years and never had this trouble UNTILL Vendio teamed up with:
www.adfarm.mediaplex.com
www.anrdoezrs.net
www.qksrv.net <http://www.qksrv.net>

Regards
Tee
PS. NO I do not use my auction manager any longer to view my auctions. I go a different route. I will not risk my machines security for a service that we should not be made to use.

Well isn't that just sweet. Vendio is now asking us to disable our computer's security systems and allow third party spyware. Not one of your better moves Vendio.
