I sell some items in Europe. I use Air Mail Parcel Post and Global Priority envelopes. Most of my auctions (ebay) are USA and I use UPS, DHL and Priority mail.
Recently, my European customers can not fill out the winning bidder form and I can not edit it for them...
Seems that Priority mail is not an option and the form will not save unless and option is checked. But UPS or DHL ground does not go to Europe.

In the past my WBF allowed the customer to fill them out even with the wrong shipping method. Then I could added the correct freight to my packing slip invoices.

Vendio should have a way of my adding after the auction a shipping method "OTHER" and let me add freight and then resend the WBF to my customer.

Hello,

You do have the options to both add International Shipping to your listings and/or to add an "Other" option to your listings. In Sales Manager Pro you can add International Shipping to your listings in the main listing screen by going to the "Shipping Information" tab. Then select the "International Shipping Information" subtab. Click the "Offer International Shipping" box. If you would like to use an existing option, select one of the top three boxes and then select the option you would like from the drop-down menu. Note that both Air Mail Parcel Post and Global Priority are options in the International Shipping drop-down menu (both for fixed and calculated shipping). If you would like to offer a shipping option that is not in the drop-down menu (for either domestic or international shipping) then select one of the blank boxes. You can then enter your own carrier name and fixed shipping cost.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns, or have any trouble with this.

Regards,
Nathan

Thank you Nathan,
I have made the changes and will see how they work out. How can I globally make this change to all my inventory and auctions?

In an effort to build my brand -- I have just signed up for watermarking. It is working well and I will continue watching it and tweaking the size and color.

But I have another question about

custom templates.

I have some of my auctions on ebay using
ebaysplit image. I like this layout. It shows my company name and brand.

How can I globally change all my existing auctions both in inventory and on ebay to this template without doing each one individually.

Also how can I change the color of the name field...

Thank you
Pat

Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make these changes globally when you are using Sales Manager Merchandising Edition. While you can make changes like this globally with Sales Manager Inventory Edition, please note that we do not recommend using Sales Manager Pro with Sales Manager Inventory Edition.

Please let me know the name of the Vendio template you are trying to change, and the exact field on the template that you are trying to change, so that I can better help you with this. Do you mean you are trying to change the color of the title of the listing in the template?

Regards,
Nathan

The template is called Ebay Split image.
The color I am trying to change is the background where my name Norris Archery and General sales....
The color is currently a dull green grey...
I would like to have it a more green color.
Thank you
Pat
