Hi everyone,
We are investigating the root cause of the latency being experienced in post sale, which is resulting in items "stuck" in an active or "closing" state, checkout processing delays, and WBN delays, and we are working to identify and correct the issue as quickly as possible. Please see our announcement regarding the issue. We will post updates to the announcement as we get more information. At this time, the latency appears to be slowly declining, and we do expect that all items will be processed shortly.
