I have had people try to send me money unrelated to ebay through pay pal but they are unsuccessful. They get some type of error message that I only accept payments through my website??? I don't have a website. Is this something Vendio related? I have to send them a payment request for them them to be able to send me money through pay pal. Thanks for your help.

Hello,

It sounds like you may have the option set to block users sending you funds via the 'send money' tab.

This would be under your 'Payment Receiving Preferences' in PayPal.

The option looks like this:

Block payments from users who:
Initiate payments from the Pay Anyone subtab of the Send Money tab

Just be sure the above box is unchecked, and you shouldnt run into that issue again.
