When I try to create a listing on Sales Manager Pro and am finished and click Okay it says "None" under the When column instead of "Next Upload". And these auctions will not list on ebay. What is wrong?
This started last week when I did a synch. After that I get the same results. I tried reloading the Sales Manager Pro and thought I had it fixed and had the "Next Upload" in the When box. But When I tried to do listings today, I got the same "None" in the When Box.

Hello Deb,
Doubleclick on one of these items in the batch and check to see what the scheduled time/date is set on currently.
Verify that the box labeled 'Dont Schedule' isn't checked.
If you upload a batch of items set with 'Don't Schedule' - these items will be sitting in your pending section in your online Sales Manager. You could simply select these items if needed and resubmit.
