My control panel is not updating the bids colum n immediately. it is taking up to a hour to catch up. It has only started doing this yesterday. Usually only takes 2 to 3 minutes. is there a reason for this happening.?
It can take longer for your items to update when eBay's API (the system that Vendio uses to communicate with eBay) has a high volume of requests. You can take a look at the current API statistics here:

I do see that the traffic has been relatively high today. Please note that you can manually refresh your listings by selecting them and clicking the Vendio "Refresh" button.
