I changed my preferences from custom rates to use carrier insurance rates. I noticed that my invoices had the old rates and when I went and checked, I noticed that these rates haven't been updated.

When will the fix be in , it's costing me money every minute? I thought the matter of new fees would be taken care of on the 14th.

My buyers are still paying me at the former rate for insurance coverage. I have to pay the actual new rate. I certainly hope this correction can be handled promptly. Coupled with the 22 hour Vendio outage on ebay 20 cent listing day, Vendio has cost me a lot of money in the last week.

It's been two weeks now and it was expected so why isn't the insurance rates changed on vendio. I'm loosing .25 or more on each sale. Please give a update and fix.

June 2th , no change , USPS said rates would change more than a month before they changed. I'm loosing on each transaction at least 30 cents which adds up.

Probably not a good idea announcing a rate increase when Vendio can't seem to get the postage thing right.

It has been nearly a month since the postal rates have gone up. The insurance rates still have not been updated on Vendio. If you all can't get seem to correct this, may I suggest that you hire an outside consultant that can get 'er done! This needs to be corrected asap. Thank you.

Yeah, I just realized this problem and I am not too happy about it! My customers are now going to have to pay a higher custom rate because I can't set up the correct rates! If there were more fields in the custom rates instead of the each additional $100 field, we could put in the correct rates! Whats so hard about that? Ihad to put $1.50 in that field just so I don't loose money. My customers buying high priced items will now pay too much for their insurance and will be unhappy with me!! FIX IT NOW!!!!!!

Still waiting and now some of the international rates seem to be wrong. Glad you didn't raise rates with all this mess. I have been a auction watch then vendio customer for years because I hate to succumb to the ebay monopoly and your company has always been ahead of ebay in innovation but this doesn't look good.
