I am a pretty frustrated guy. We have been long time Vendio users and do about 5 million dollars per year on ebay most of it on vendio.
And it does NOT work with our new vista computers! We have tried everything.. including sugestions about unistaling and reinstalling etc.
anything new? This is making me want to try some other software... as this one is clearly not working..

Which suggestions exactly have you tried? Is there a message board thread where we have been helping you where you can direct me? Or an email thread? It is extremely difficult for me to give you a suggestion that you have not already tried if I do not know what you have already tried.
Have you tried synchronizing SM Pro without downloading images? If not, please try that and let us know if you are able to synchronize successfully without downloading images. To do this (before synchronizing) go to "Edit" --> "Preferences" --> "Do not download standard images from Vendio image hosting". Then synchronize the program.
If the synchronization is not successful, or you continue to have trouble using the program, then let us know in exactly what way it does not work.
If the synchronization is successful with this option checked, then let us know and we will provide you with a work around for your images. There is a bug that sometimes happens with SM Pro when there are more than 10,000 images. First we need to find out if this is what is causing your problems.

Nathan does this mean we can not have our pics already up ever....I don't understand this problem with images in vista.
I am getting ready to attempt to get it working again on Vista, I feel you have had more than enough time to get it going now.
