Hi,

I have repeated attempted to synch my Sales Manager Pro this morning and this is the message I get:

Warning! Synchronization Failed - Server Returned Error

I am working with a Windows XP computer and have done so for a long time with no problems. This is the first time this has happened.

Please let me know when this issue will be resolved or if there is anything I can do. I need to list some items on eBay ASAP.

Hello Genie,

This is related to the image hosting outage, as SMPRO is looking for a specific image (likely your vendio storefront logo) and unable to locate it.

The image hosting service should be fully restored very soon now, and with it the SMPRO synch function should return as well.
