In Sales Manager Pro when I went to Edit a large batch of items under Shipping Information how do you get rid of the old shipping information. I tried to enter 0.00 in the box and leave it empty and it still comes up with the old info. I have alot of listings and hope there is a way to get rid of the old info. Plese help. Thank you
Do you mean that you change the shipping information in Sales Manager Pro, but when the listing is active the changes do not appear? If so, please let us know the listing number for the new listing (or the name of the pending listing) so that we can take a look. Also, are you trying to remove shipping options completely, or are you trying to offer free shipping?
