When I am in my inventory screen and try to sort items by starting price I keep getting redirected to
http://wsacp.vendio.com/my/acp/promo_choose.html
Try clicking some of the other sorting options to see if it does the same. It sounds like the window thinks you have since been logged out.
Just to be sure I used my own Windows XP with IE7 machine in your account to test with, but was unable to replicate the error. If it persists, clear the temp files or restart the browser to be sure that isn't the cause.
