There are a few boxes to uncheck when listing your items to avoid entering shipping costs.
The first is on the basic information tab - just be sure to uncheck the box for automatically sending the WBN and for using the Vendio checkout.
Next, on the eBay Site Information tab, click the 'payment instructions and details' button - then be sure the box that says you ARE specifying eBay shipping and payment details is unchecked.

Christopher - I printed out your instructions and unchecked the boxes but it still says you must specify at least one us carrier etc. Is there something else I should be doing?
Please upload one of these listings to your online Sales Manager (but do *not* schedule or list the item) so that we can take a closer look. You might need to select a shipping carrier in order to be able to upload the listing to the online Sales Manager. Once the listing exists (unscheduled) in your online account, please let us know the name of the listing.
