Within the listing, using HTML editor...I am redoing/changing description copied from a previous batch. When I have completed all the work I click ok...EVERYTHING disappears. I have to open smPro all over again and nothing is saved. This has happened several times over a 2 week period recently. I cannot correct the problem permanently, but I have been going around it to get my work done...(I have to remember to copy/paste to a word processor just in case I lose everything, repeatedly, until it finally saves the data)A few minutes ago I just lost it all again and decided to ask for help as I forgot to copy to word this time. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes you lose it all.
