No message just gets hung up on Start sales tax profiles synchronization.
This site is too slow to list numerous items. The SMPro has been broken for awhile. I told you months ago that the pictures don't show up when creating a vendio store item.

Hello Beth,
Is the problem that you are having with the site in general being slow, or with Sales Manager Pro not synching? If it is with the site being slow in general, please follow the steps that I provided in the other thread. If it is with your Sales Manager Pro not synching, let us know the text of the error message that you are receiving (if you are receiving an error message). Also, click on the "Details" button when the synchronization begins and provide us with the text that is in this box after the synchronization halts. Also let us know what Operating system you are using.

Hello Beth,
Since it is stopping at a different point each time, this suggests that there might be a connectivity problem. Could you please follow the steps that I provided in the other message thread, and provide us with the results? It will let us know how well your computer is connecting to Vendio, and if there is a connectivity problem it should tell us where that problem is.

Hello Beth,
The trace does not suggest any problems with your connection to Vendio.
What operating system are you using with Sales Manager Pro? Also, have you made any recent changes to your computer, such as new programs or updates to existing programs?
Please try the following:
1. If you are not entering the internet from a proxy server specified in your browser, from your toolbar, select "Edit", "Preferences", then "Connection". Make sure that the "connect using proxy" box is unchecked.
2. If your browser is set to access the internet through a proxy server, please make sure that the Proxy Host/Proxy Port settings within your browser match those within SM Pro.
3. Try lowering the security level in any anti-virus or firewall software that you may be using. This type of software can interfere with synchronizations if the security level is set at high or medium-high.

I believe it may be due to the router. Re-established connection and everything started flying through at good speed with no hangups.
