I received no response to the other post. I stated that even though I have the option checked in ebay preferances, when I list an auction using sales manager pro, the ebay return policy box is not checked and the text box is empty. Is this a flaw in sales manager pro?
The eBay site specifics page automatically pre-fills certain data into the available fields when you create a listing.
Unfortunately since Sales Manager Pro doesn't have that field, it is not available to be pre-filled when you go to list items using the program.
As such listings that you create in the offline version of the Sales Manager cannot use the new return policy field that the online Sales Manager now supports.
The next offline listing program Vendio releases will offer support for this field, however for now you would want to upload your items unscheduled to add it prior to listing if you need the offline version of the program to list from still.

Chris

I'm told that having a return policy listed is necessary to meet the "best match" search requirements.
this option as well as the UK posting upgrade need to be added as soon as possible.
eBay has made huge changes and up until now Vendio has allways been on top of these changes--right now I am loosing sales becouse of your delay to upgrade with eBays new requirements.
these upgrades need to happen in both listing and revising.
