I have listed my item as usual to include putting weight in the box on the front page of sales manager pro and on the shipping page hitting the box for usps priority calculated. My auctions did not launch and I got this error report:
Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails.CalculatedShippingRate.PackagingHandlingCosts> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation
I have not listed for a while - has something changed or is there something new I don't know about? Thanks

Hello,
I checked your account, but I was not able to see any errored listings in the account. Please let us know the name of one pending listing where you are having this problem, so that we can take a look. It would also be helpful if you could leave the errored listing in the errored state.
However, based on the information you have provided, this is likely related to a problem that has been escalated to our engineers. If it is the same problem, they you should be able to workaround the problem in the meantime by simply reentering the "Per additional item" field in the "Shipping Carriers" section.

Nathan - I tried rechecking the auctions in the proper blocks and have them ready to launch tonight. If they are in error again in the morning I will leave them in error and post to you again. Thank you for your help.
