I am having problems with calculates shipping again and not sure why. I have left the auctions in "pending" so Nathan or whoever is on deck could take a look for me to see what the problem seems to be. Thank you much - Fran

Hello Fran,
I did an eBay preview of one of your errored listings, and it previewed without error. Please try simply resubmitting one of the listings. Should it fail again, please let us know the title of the listing, and if it is okay if we try to launch it for you (as is for immediate launch).

Nathan - I tried resubmitting all 6 auctions that are currently in pending. I need for them to go off at night somewhere between 6-7 pm. I don't mind if you launch from there however I do need to figure out what the problem seems to be. Thanks - Fran

Hello Fran,
In order to really research the cause of this problem, I need a listing that I can list for immediate launch, so I can see right away whether or not it goes through. Can I try to launch one of these listings for you, for immediate launch? If so, which listing?

Hello Fran,
I have escalated this to our engineering group, and hopefully they will be able to correct the problem quickly.
In the meantime, you should be able to work around the problem by clicking on the title of the errored listing in your online Sales Manager. Then relaunch the listing. There is no need to make any changes to it, but you must actually click on the title of the pending listing and view the listing form first, in order for the work around to work.
I was able to successfully relist your item "Vintage Carved Bird Earrings from Japan" using this work around. The listing number is 350100460595.

It is actually possible that this problem has already been corrected for your new listings. Please let us know whether or not you still have the same problem for your future new listings.

OK Nathan - the work around seemed to work - I'll list some things this week with calculated mail and launch them and see what happens. Thanks for the help - Fran
