For an Vendio rep or anyone else who knows: With the fixed rate shipping coming to Media sections, I need to know how to use the shipping calculator so when I sell Lots of books or media, I dont ship at a loss with the new limit being 4 dollars.
In the past I have always used a flat rate shipping cost based on rounding off shipping costs. Now, when using the shipping calculator for the first time...,I always seem to get a error message that says I need to choose a fixed price shipper or method, when I am simply trying to use Media Mail Calculated shipping based on the entered the size, weight, etc in the calculator box. However, the system seems to still want me to choose some fixed price shipping cost in addition to that, before the auction can be launched. What am I doing wrong. Thanks in advance. ...

Hello,
In order to correct this problem, from within the main listing form, scroll down to the "eBay Shipping and Payment Detail" section (just above the "eBay Return Policy details" section) and select "calculated" from the drop-down boxes.
Note that you can also set this as a default for your future new listings by going to "My Account" --> "eBay" (below "Site Specifics" ) --> "eBay Shipping and Payment Details".
Should you continue to have trouble with this, please let us know the name of a specific pending listing, so that we can take a closer look.
