ERROR 37 AGAIN! ! ! AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN!!!
AUCTION, STORE, ALLWAYS THE SAME ERROR.
PLEASE SAY WHAT CAN I DO????? EVEN A LITTLE DROP IN THE OCEAN, LIKE ME FOR YOUR BUSINESS I THINK ALL OF US NEED THE SAME ATTENTION.

Please keep your replies in a single thread so you can be sure you are seeing our responses.
Here is a note from a previous thread which has not been responded to yet, so were not sure if you tried this and if so what happened when doing so:
"Hello,
Try editing one of the items in your batch, then go to the eBay site specifics tab and click the button marked 'payment instructions and details' - in this popup window, check the box that says 'I am specifying eBay shipping and payment details' and then save the change.
Try uploading your item with this field enabled and let us know if this problem persists. "

I saw your recent newly posted topic, which was removed as we want to keep your posts in the same thread to track.
Our engineers are checking into your recently failed item with this error and we'll post back when we have more information available.

Our engineers are working on this, but I do not have any updates available at this time.

THE ERROR CONTINUE THE SAME PROBLEM :
" The venue ebay has possibly returned the following message:
09/28/2008 07:53:00 AM US-Pacific Time Zone
Error 37: Input data is invalid.
Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails.InternationalShippingServiceOption.ShippingServiceCost> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation."
Our engineers have determined that this is related to the regional settings of your computer, when listing through Sales Manager Pro (where the decimal separator is a comma). They are investigating a solution to this, but in the meantime you might want to try changing your regional options to English (US) in Windows.
You can check this by going to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Regional Options. Locale should be set as "English (United States)" and Language should be "Western Europe and United States".
Once you have reset your regional options, start SM Pro and synch. Please let us know if you continue to get the error 37 for future new listings, after making this change.
