Where do I change this for FUTURE listings. I repeat...FUTURE LISTINGS...eBay dead help was of NO help as usual. I know I would have to REVISE existing ones, again...I KNOW I have to revise existing ones. I need to know where to change the wording so future items listed through Vendio SMPro have a NEW saying. eBay said that if I change it on a CREATE ITEM page..all future ones will have it...WRONG...did not happen. It seems to be part of the CHECKOUT portion. It is located under the PAYPAL ONLY section.
on the actual auction it is SELLER"S PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS----
when you REVISE the item it is ADDITIONAL CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS-----
when in the REVISION mode...the section is title ---Other things you'd like buyers to know Add or remove options | Get help
I can REMOVE the option...but that is not what I want...I want to REVISE it...BUT BEFORE I LIST ITEMS...NOT AFTERWARDS!!!
Do you mean the section that is currently directing your bidders to the auction, in order to locate shipping and handling charges?
If not, please let us know an example listing number and the exact text that you are trying to change (for your future listings).
If so, it looks like you have already changed it in Vendio for your future new listings. It can be edited by going to "My Account" --> "eBay" (below "Site Specifics" ) --> scroll down to the "Additional Payment Instructions & Return Policy Details" section and edit the text in that box.
Note that if you are relisting items, then you will need to make this change manually prior to relist, from within the listing form, under the "Additional Payment Instructions & Return Policy Details" section (just below the "Features" section).
Regards,
Nathan

Payments should be made within 7 days of close of auction. Please contact if this is a problem. eBay OWNS & PREFERS PayPal, please email any questions about payment methods.
This is what shows on my VENDIO - EBAY SITE SPECIFICS...but when I load new items...
it still shows this;
Seller's payment instructions
PLEASE SEE AUCTION FOR SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES!

I have tried four different times...can't remember if I reboot SMPro...so trying that now
Did you synchronize you Sales Manager Pro program after making the change? If not, then that would be why you are having the problem. If you did synchronize, and you are still having the problem, please let us know.
Please let us know once it is active. If it does not work correctly for that listing, then please upload a listing from Sales Manager Pro to your online Vendio account, but do not schedule or launch it. That way we can look at the listing prior to it being active, and what settings are in the listing.
That is odd. It seems to be a problem with the synchronization. (I tested this in my account, and Sales Manager Pro picked up the changes to that section without any problem.) Please forward us a copy of the synch details, so that we can take a look at them. To do this, first click the synchronization button in Sales Manager Pro, then click the "Details" button. Once the synchronization completes, copy the text from the "Details" box and email them to us at [email protected]. Please reference the URL for this message thread.
I did receive the details log, but it did not immediately indicate a problem. I attempted to duplicate the problem on my computer using your account, but I ran into an error synchronizing. It is possible that this is also why this is a problem on your computer (but I'm not sure at this point). The problem is the number of images in your "New Folder". Could you please try splitting them up into two different folders? (If it is okay with you, let me know and I will do this for you.) Then let me know once it is done. This should allow me to duplicate the problem.
Also, what version of Sales Manager Pro are you using?
I uploaded a test listing from my computer to your account (I didn't actually list it), and it did go through correctly, with the updated information. This suggests that the problem is either related to the specific copy of Sales Manager Pro that you have installed on your computer, or to how you are listing the items through Sales Manager Pro.
Before we try a reinstallation, please let me know in more detail in what way you are listing through Sales Manager Pro. For example, are you using profiles? Are you importing an Excel file? Are you using an old batch (either copying or relisting from there)? Or are you just clicking the "New Listing" button?
Please try uploading one listing with the "New Listing" button (there is no need to launch or schedule it -- just upload it to pending). I want to see if it works correctly when you use that option.

so how do I "update" old items and batches to reflect new profile in SMPro?
really don't want to use NEW LISTING for new items....
just loaded to items from ONE BATCH....
170268592080 .... was copied using NEW LISTING Button(description, title, price etc.) --- DOES REFLECT NEW CHANGES
170268592073 .... was "copied" dragged from old batch into new one..... does NOT reflect new changes
I will just go through and make up new template items and batches....I usually use only about 12-20 different ones...no big deal.

Open the old batch that you are using to list from. Go into the listing screen for the listing. At the bottom left of the "Basic Information" tab click the "Apply" button for the profile (there is no need to select a new profile). Click "OK" and save the listing. This should update the information for the listing. Please let us know if it does not (I tested this on my end and it seems to work correctly in that way).
