I just downlowd and installed new smpro
and still it keep crashing every time i try to open inventory or so.

i am using vista ultimate

Please advise

Hello,

Can you uninstall the current copy and reboot the machine in question, then load the program fresh to see if you have the same results?

Its possible that if your loading this on the same machine where you had done some of the workaround tricks to getting it running - that you may need a clean install to get a better result from the new version.

Yes still crashing in Vista Ultimate..

Im Using Windows Vista 6.0 and my SMPRO7.0.4 keeps crashing as well.
I have deleted and reinstalled and still have the same problems. Any ideas?

Hello,

If you already have the brand new version and still having trouble, please try the following.

Right Click the SMPRO icon on your desktop and select the PROPERTIES menu. In the properties menu go to the compatibility tab, then set SMPRO to run in Win98 mode. Click to save the change, then launch/run the program and report back any issues you may still run into.
