From your Vendio storefront wizard, you would edit the 'other details' and uncheck the box labeled 'Show only vendio store items at my checkout and my store' - this will then display your eBay listings in your Vendio storefront.

I have that unchecked but to view my eBay listings you have to click on Auction Gallery My eBay listings no longer show under "Product Categories" Sorry for posting this in the wrong forum
The product categories on the left side of your storefront is specifically for your Vendio storefront items only. Your eBay listings would never have appeared by clicking on the category names you have created for your storefront listings.
While the all items view and the search will include eBay listings (provided you have it setup as you do currently) - once you get into the categories by themselves only store listings will be displayed.
