I have recently opened this account for a friend.Last week we had a different user ID but that did not support SMP.I did not want to learn a new platform so we had to open a new account that uses sales manager and SMP.I signed in under a differnt ID,mine, and was able to download sales manager pro.Since then I have changed his plan to one that supports SMP,Today we started in with the new ID,I uninstalled SMP,signed in to this account and proceeded to download SMP.I went to synchronise and there ID box kpet popping up askign him to sign in.It would not take his info,his old name also kept popping up in the box.I have just asked to cancel his old ID which was delcowatch.The mesasage when trying to synch also mentioned something about 2 versions being installed.My question is,what do I have to do to get SMP to synch and take his ID

Launch the SMPRO program again, click to cancel or say no when asked if you want to synch/etc. Once your in the program, click the preferences button along the left side of the page, then click the 'change' button to update the stored Vendio username on this account prior to attempting to synch again.
