I was trying to be thorough this morning, by going to SMPro and changing all of the description/typing to one font.
So I changed the font and now - NONE OF MY ITEMS HAVE THEIR DESCRIPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!
Is there a way to retrieve a previous synchronization or ANY WAY to get my descriptions back, without going through each of the 172 items I was going to launch today and re-typing every word?

Chris,
Yes, I chose all of my items - all 172 of them - to do a bulk edit. After changing the duration, template and counters, I went to HTML editor to change the font and once I did that, I lost every single word in every single item.
I am devastated........

Hello Cathy,
When you bulk edit in Sales Manager Pro the only fields that get changed are the ones that you touch during the bulk edit process.
Really unfortunate for this situation is that when you bulk edit the item description field, your telling the system to change the item description for all of the items your working on to match what you entered while bulk editing.
If you have uploaded these items during a sync process previously you could use the active or closed listings on your online Sales Manager to relist these items the next time around, but there wouldn't be a way to change those descriptions back to how they were prior to the bulk edit in Sales Manager Pro.

Unfortunately it isn't that simple. In Sales Manager Pro bulk editing is done by selecting a group of items at the same time and clicking to edit them - any fields you touch will change that field on all of the items your working on to the value you enter while bulk editing. Any fields left alone will retain their original settings prior to bulk editing.
If you bulk edit the description field, your setting the description field to be exactly the same for all of the items your working on upon save.
