IF need be, how do I cancel my account before my 60 day Trial ends so I'm not charged.

Also, I purchased my Domain Name from Vendio. Will my cancellation have any effect on this and how can I access my domain account/settings. I wanted to see if I signed up for automatic or manual renewal.

Hello Richard,

If you want to cancel your account, please send us a cancellation request from the contact support form, which you may locate here:

http://apps.vendio.com/help/emailus.html

In regards to your domain, you may either transfer it to another registrar (which may only be done after 60 days from registration) or decouple the domain from your Store. If you decouple your domain from the Store, then you will be given full access to manage the domain.
