I have finished listing some eBay Store items using SMP. The listings showed up fine in my eBay Store as new listings, however, the listings do not appear in my Vendio Inventory. Is there anything I have to do to make them appear, or does that happen after some processing time? I saved the batches just in case.

Hello Lewis,
The Sales Manager Pro software was designed to work with Sales Manager Merchandising Edition, rather than the Sales Manager Inventory Edition that you are currently using, unfortunately. While it is possible to list with Sales Manager Pro when you are using the Sales Manager Inventory Edition, it is unfortunately not possible to create inventory items in Sales Manager Inventory Edition when listing from Sales Manager Pro. You should still see the listings in your list of active listings from your online account, however.
