Hi,When I'm doing a auction listing , Buy in Now is in red and requires a amount but I don't want a buy it now , how do I turn it off?
The Buy It Now shouldn't be required unless you select 'fixed price' or 'eBay store' as the listing type when listing. Do you see a starting bid field as well, or just the buy it now field?

It has a starting bid in red and a buy it now in red , detail in red etc. I'm listing from the drop down box ebay / auction. I have re booted , re launched and emptied my cache.
Have you tried synchronizing Sales Manager Pro? If not, please give that a try now. If it does not help, please also let us know which version of Sales Manager Pro you are using.

That worked. I thought when I rebooted and brought back on it would would synchronize itself . Thank you , Thank you.
