Hi, I have my return policy set for 14 days in vendio site specifics for ebay, but on listings it shows 7 days??? Is there some other place to that i need to change it. I can't find anywhere to change to 14 days on ebay. This is limiting my discounts as ebay calls for 14 day returns. Thanks
From the My Account page in your account, click on the 'eBay' link under the heading 'site specifics.' At the bottom of this page you can change your default return policy duration, or just click here.
