Hi,
12 year user of SMP,I want to change templates to number 24,I have tried many ways to get my custom text in at the bottom and it does not want to take.I finaly noticed the asterisk about them not being fully customizable but all I want to do is get my custom text to show up at the bottom like it has for the last few years.when I gp back to the first few choices it does work but not with number 24,any way to get it to work?.Any help would be appreciated

Hello,
I checked this template, however it already seems to be setup to show your Custom Listing Text. Could you please let us know the specific text that you are trying to get to show, so that we can take a closer look?
It would also be helpful if you could upload the specific listing that you are having trouble with to your online account (without listing or scheduling it) so that we can take a closer look. Part of the template has a black background, and part has a white background -- if you have white text on a white background or black text on a black background then this could be causing the problem.
