I have been creating several ebay buy now multi item listing.I have been creating these outside of Vendio. Vendio is not finding them. I have used the track item feature with no luck.
any ideas ?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Vendio Support.Please note we have filed a support request with our engineers regarding the Tracking issue reported and will send you the details via email shortly.

The best option to Import any listings that are not currently in your Vendio account would be to use the Import Option under Sales Manager>>Import. Lastly,please note our service works best when the listings are launched through Vendio.Please do let us know if there is a reason for not listing through Vendio.

I am sending out multi size and color items which as I understand vendio does not currently support with the sales manager pro
