With the USPS rate changes in late February, they also changed their tracking. The tracking number printed on-line is no longer valid(will show "false" when you track). The post office applies a new tracking number if you pay for shipping in person and if you track the new number via Vendio, you get nothing.
Please let us know a specific example order and tracking number where you are having this problem, and where you are having this problem in Vendio, so that we can take a look.

New post office generated tracking number
9505 5103 3135 3110 4193 35 mailed on 4/20 USPS Priority. Shows nothing on Vendio, but full record using USPS tracking

On Post Sale: Checklist page, tracking number etrered in field #5. Click the view shipment status link below that, then the track this shipment button on the next page. It used to give all movement info, now nothing. It also makes you select a carrier, but it still doesn't make any difference.
Thank you for the additional information. I have asked our engineers to take a look, and we will let you know as soon as we hear back from them on this.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but it is no longer defined as delivery confirmation. It is now called USPS tracking.
