Help! I have been using Vendio since 1999 as my selling platform on ebay with no problems. I was using Windows XP with the uploaded Publisher software from the Vendio site and loved that. I recently upgraded my computer and am now using Windows 7 operating system, which doesn't work with the that picture uploader. NOW, when I tried to upload 30 pictures just using their general platform for pictures, only two pictures uploaded successfully. All the rest wouldn't. SO, frustrated, I uploaded some using zoomstream at $1 per image!!! and of course they all uploaded fine. So deciding to just do it this one time, I attached them all to the auctions to launch and they all were returned with the error message that no pictures were attached. When CS finally answered my questions, I was told I needed at least two regular images per auction! Well I can't get regular images to upload anymore! Any suggestions, solutions, or common frustrations to share would be greatly appreciated as I am ready to ditch Vendio altogether. Specific how-tos would be really helpful.
Note that while Microsoft discontinued the Express Publisher tool after Windows XP, you can still bulk upload from Windows.
The same page where you downloaded it for Windows XP - follow the other set of directions listed for Windows Vista instead. Vista is the same exact thing as Windows 7 and Windows 8 even, in that you can use that Windows Live Photo Gallery tool to bulk upload.
They did make it a bit more difficult to resize the images though. You can bulk resize them in Windows Live Photo Gallery, but you would need to do that first and then bulk upload. Gone is the option to resize WHILE uploading.
