paypaldamon, I emailed you directly, but thought maybe other users have had this situation occur and could provide some insight.
I auctioned two large saws for my in-laws and will need to ship freight. In order to do this, I will have to ship to either the place of business or a freight drop off site near the high bidder's location.
They would like to pay using paypal, but I am concerned that I will not be covered by the seller's protection plan if I ship to the freight dock or the business address because it is probably not the confirmed address on the account.
They do not plan on having the items shipped until September, but would be paying now.
Even if they paid now using paypal and picked the items up themselves in September, I am concerned about being protected. Do I have them sign some kind of waiver or packing slip? Would a signature provide the proof I would need to protect me from a charge back? I am not expecting a problem, but these were very expensive items.
Please advise. Thanks in advance.. Kelly
