The way in which PayPal's Shopping cart is configured is of no help to me whatsoever. I sell many different items (books and magazines) and there is no way to add items without incurring the initial shipping charge. (I would like to charge $2.50 shipping for the first magazine, and an additional .50 for each magazine thereafter. There is no way to do this with the PayPal Shopping Cart.) Plus, the way the cart calculates is horrible. It adds the shipping and handling to each line item, then shows shipping and handling again below. Then when you go to checkout page 1, it shows only the amounts of the items, without the shipping and handling. Then on the final checkout page it shows the total WITH shipping and handling. VERY CONFUSING and NOT USABLE! Who designs and tests this stuff, anyhow? It's horrible. The very companies who created the online trading community are destroying it with new features and software that falls far short of what professional sellers need. I'm sorry, but the people running these companies must have no clue as to what's really happening.
