What is the purpose of the 'Accept' 'Deny' buttons under the Action heading in 'My Account'?

'Status' also show 'Unclaimed'.

I assume I need to click the 'Accept' button to get payment.

This is a non credit card payment from a verified buyer.

I have never had this before.

It's a new feature. If the payment does not include a CC billing address the seller has the option of canceling the transaction if they are uncomfortable with it. Go to your PayPal preferences and see the options you have on what payment acceptance.
