Since my old thread '5 questions for paypaldamon' was locked, due to the belief that the issues have all been addressed, I guess I need to start fresh.

ppd:

I don't know what more you want me to do with this case.

I have stated what I want you to do time and again. I have a hard time believing that there could be any confusion about it. But, in case there is, I'll state yet again that I want my questions answered. Nothing more, nothing less. Please do so ASAP.

thanks
Rob

Just want everyone to know that you shouldn't expect Auction Watch to allow this subject to be fairly resolved.

I wrote to the moderator who locked the thread and I noticed in her reply that she cc: my private message to PayPal!!!!

This was a total violation of AW's privacy policy. She seemed more intertested in repeating that "all the questions had been answered" and "PayPal is a partner of Auction Watch."

This despite my pointing out that the only party that thought the questions were answered was PayPal. So obviously since this thread makes PayPal look particularly bad you can look forward to AW locking it again. If you email the mod just remember, your message and your email address may be going to PayPal.

I believe "the issues have all been addressed" is PayPalspeak for "I don't want to talk about it anymore, and you should go away".

The ironic thing is that I'd have gone away long ago if my questions had been answered. PPD has perpetuated this by his refusal to even acknowledge that I asked the questions, much less provide answers.

I hope all involved understand that I will not go away as until answers are provided.

My brother got bumped off a Delta flight once for overbooking, if you've flown much during holidays you've seen it happen. His reaction was to stand at the Delta counter and warn people of his disastrous experience and urge them to fly with another airlines. The fact all airlines did that and the rules weren't secret didn't mean much to him, my brother isn't very bright. The other Delta customers looked at him and didn't pay much to his indignation as they were more experienced travelers than him. Eventually security told him to be upset elsewhere. I'm sure my brother would have been real happy if he could have vented on a message board for an eternity if he had the chance. One of the advantages of dealing with Internet companies is you can rehash the same thing, over and over and over and over when you don't like the answer. Another advantage is you are given a degree of anonymity so you don't have to worry about embarrassing yourself when it appears you're unable to understand the answers you are given.

Maybe I missed the post where my questions were answered. Since you apparenly have read it, can you do me the favor of quoting the answers to my 5 questions here? If you can do that, I'll retire from this board forever.

Anxiously awaiting your reply.

Uaru, I think in some cases your point might have validity, but in this case PurpleHaze is right. He has simply asked for PayPal to acknowledge they erred and say "We are sorry we inconvenienced you" or something to that effect.

Frankly, the fact that Damon continues to answer with evasive manipulated replies borders on bizarre. PayPal has no humility...

(and I suspect will be rated "unsatisfactory" by the BBB for a very long time...)

Everyone,

Revisiting the same subject repeatedly is unproductive and disruptive. I'm locking this thread.
