I wonder if it might be feasible for PayPal to provide 1 or 2 editable fields on the details page of a received payment for sellers to log the tracking # and auction/invoice # (some buyers don't include it). This way PayPal and possibly the buyer as well could have immediate access to this information in case of a non-delivery issue.
