I mispelled the email address and sent the money,, i caught the mistake and went abck in and on my account where it shows the transaction i clicked on cancel,, it did sho it reveresed it,, but it is still showing payment made and completed in another line,, now what how do i cahnge thatmm i sent an email to the same wrong address i had sent the money to, and it was returned as a invalid address, will paypal get a returned email also and let me know so i can cancel the payment again???
1. If the item reads as "Claimed" you would need to contact the party to send the payment back,
2. If the item is "Unclaimed" you can reverse it by clicking on the transaction.
It should shows as completed and then reversed in your log if it was unclaimed. The money would be returned to your PayPal account or credited to your credit card (if used in whole/part on the amount billed to the credit card)
